Welcome to Bobby’s Traditional Caribbean Food Inc, with over three decades of preparing Caribbean dishes! One of my biggest thrills is cooking up my brand and blend of Canadian and Caribbean dishes. I love cooking the dishes that my Mom used to make us when we were kids, growing up in the Caribbean. I always welcome the opportunity to cook up storm at family and friends gatherings. Their appreciation and positive comments over the years, about uniqueness and the good taste of my cooking, got me to thinking of what I can do to bring these traditional dishes to a much wider customer base. It was during a discussion with my wife that we decided to take my Favorite Dish-”Black Pudding” to the next level. So I created “Bobby’s Traditional Caribbean Food Inc.” Myself being in the Freight and Customs Brokerage business – www.serviceplusinternational.com, I have the access and the means of making fresh black pudding and other popular Caribbean dishes and delivering it fresh, same day or next day to your family’s table, in most major cities in Canada. Overtime, I will be offering a wider variety of other traditional dishes, such as Salt Fish Cakes and Johnny Cakes; Stewed Salt Fish with pigeon peas and rice; Goat Water; Banana Pancakes: Roti and various Curry dishes. For the start we would be concentrating on getting the Black Pudding Dish established.

My suggestion to anyone who may be thinking about getting some black pudding, would be to get a group of friends together, pool several orders and consolidate all orders for easy shipping and cost savings. I will also be outsourcing some food distributors in all the major cities across Canada, who hopefully will get it to a grocery store near you.!

It is my hope that when the time comes and “Bobby’s Traditional Caribbean Food Inc.” is up and in full swing, that you will give our black pudding a try. We will be offering on line orders for two different types of black pudding, Trinidadian style(from bread) and Guyanese or Kittitian Style (from Rice). Soon, you will have the opportunity to order some fresh black pudding and have it delivered same day or next day to your family and friends’ kitchen table. We would also be offering special orders for special occasions.
