I have known Bobby Hobson for well over 25 years and learned very quickly that his cooking skills were of restaurant quality, and ever since I first tasted his black pudding, I am always asking when will the next batch will be ready!

I highly recommend any of his offerings as I have yet to find anything he cooks, that wasn’t fantastic…

It has been our family tradition at Christmas to order black pudding from Bobby and we have been doing this for approximately 10 years. We really enjoy the taste as does all our friends and family who we share it with. It is nice to know that we can now enjoy it year round as we did while living in Trinidad!!!

Greetings! We understand that Bobby is thinking about making a business out of the black pudding that he has been making casually for his friends. My husband and I, have been getting black pudding from him for over 10 years. We look forward to it every Christmas as well as on special occasions.....When in Trinidad we always buy Charlie's black pudding and I must say, that the way Bobby makes his black pudding with bread, it taste very much like Charlie's black pudding. So all you Trini's, I would urge you to give Bobby’s pudding a try, support your local black pudding maker, it is Yummy and tasteful....

Pam and I are a Guyanese family who has been enjoying the Guyanese traditional dish, Black Pudding made the Guyana fashion using Rice to stuff the runners. Now, having come from Guyana and eating this great cultural delight for many years, we are something of an expert in the area of taste of a great pudding.

I have known Bobby & Margaret Hobson for many years and have been buying and eating black pudding from many sources before we found Bobby’s Best. Wow! it was the tastiest pudding we have ever tasted in Canada or in for that matter, even in the USA.

My wife and I, have been eating Bobby’s pudding for more years than we care to remember and we have found no other black pudding that is better, in taste, quality and presentation. I recommend Bobby’s black pudding, to anyone who cares to retain their Guyanese tradition in taste and habits. Remember, West Indian Black Pudding is Global.
